We have successfully completed 1000+ subdivisions over the last five years, including residential, rural, industrial, dual occupancy and city high rise.  JCA’s surveying services are provided by highly trained personnel, using state of the art equipment.

Town Planning

JCA’s town planning services include pre-purchase feasibility studies, town planning reports and applications, site analysis plans and reports, facilitating approvals and negotiating requirements, covenant removal and variation, rural development projects, VCAT appeals and re-zoning applications.

Civil Engineering

Our engineering department provides services to a wide range of clients, such as developers, authorities, local government, private property owners, wineries and farmers. We offer design, administration, supervision of construction works, VCAT witness reports, feasibility advice, project coordination, review of requirements and progress reports.
