Did you know that your permit to develop is only the first step to obtaining a subdivision?
If you have an approved permit to develop, you are still facing a lengthy process before the subdivision is complete and the new titles are issued. It can be a long and daunting process, with many steps, with every council and servicing authority having a different process. Our dedicated subdivisions team have close relationships with many councils and are well versed in the individual councils and their systems. We will assist you every step of the way and guide you through the process.
In working through the subdivision process, depending on the council and authorities, there’ll be actions you’ll need complete that can include, arranging inspections, submitting photos, organising documents from registered trades, paying bonds and contributions, constructing driveways, drainage, crossovers etc. JCA’s experienced subdivisions team will advise of what is involved at every stage.
A planning permit has a limited lifespan, and sometimes developments get pushed out. JCA will ensure you don’t lose track of what needs to be done and will alert you to all the actions that need to be taken and when.
