Submission to Council, Liaising with Council and authorities for the issue of the permit. Assessment of the permit and providing a summary of outstanding conditions to be addressed by the client. As constructed, survey of building to verify new boundaries of site, finalise plan of subdivision to accord with constructed building.
Certification and finalising survey documentation for titles office, forwarding documents to client for lodging at the Titles Office. Liaising with Council and referral authorities to obtain Certified Plan and Statement of Compliance from Council.
Detailed internal survey and internal plan, level survey to AHD re-establishment of title boundaries.
Preparation of the plans of subdivision and allocations of Plan of Subdivision Number as well as searching relevant titles and survey information required. Preparation of application forms, certification and finalising survey documentation for titles office, forwarding documents to clients for lodging at the Titles Office. Liaise with council and referral authorities to obtain Plan and Statement of Compliance.
