Subdivisions and Land Surveying
A new standard of high-end design and liveability available in the East
In March 2017 we began the 52-lot subdivision for Bond Street, Ringwood. We dealt with the subdivision process by gaining a planning permit and finalising the document for lodging with Land Registry. JCA’s team completed the assessment of the permit & provided a summary of outstanding conditions to be addressed by the client. A Survey of the boundaries and of the constructed building was prepared to enable the finalisation of the subdivision plan.
There were a few issues in finalising boundaries for ground floor court yards that had split levels. This was resolved by showing council the changes in heights on the diagram and cross-sections. Once we resolved the issues that arose, we assisted with the client with the coordination of all outstanding items that would enable council to issue a statement of compliance. This was completed in June 2021.
