118 new, 2-storey townhouses on a 32,000sqm site in the Bayside suburb of Mentone.
JDA Lammin master-planned the entire estate and designed the townhouses.
JCA engineers designed and managed the stormwater, designed new subdivision of common property road works and sewer and water main requirements, as well as managing the tender process for construction of these and project management of these works.
Project spanned 5 years and was constructed on part of the former Nylex Mentone site
