JCA engineers designed and managed the stormwater, common property, and sewer requirements, as well as managing the tender process for construction of these.
JCA competed the 36-lot subdivision as well as the level survey, marking of boundaries, landscape plan for council approval and oversaw all additional information requested by council for subdivision and engineering.
